Duration of shipments
For Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Korea:
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. (No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.) Shipments within Europe take approx. three to seven working days except rural and isolated regions; to Canada, approx. 7 to 12 business days; to Australia, approx. 7 to 14 business days; to Japan, approx. 7 to 12 business days; to Korea approx. 7 to 12 business days. Please note orders placed on weekends or holidays in Scotland will be processed the following working day.We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
For the United States of America (USA)
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11 am EST will be processed the next business day. (No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.) Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Within the United States, delivery takes approx. four to seven business days. Keillers China Shop is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO or FPO addresses.
Pick up in store for free
Keillers China Shop offer free instore collection on all orders. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 12 hours of receiving your confirmation, however orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be available to collect until 10am the following Monday.
When collecting your order, please bring proof of purchase (ie order confirmation email) and photographic ID (eg, passport or driving licence).
- Please bring your email Order confirmation with you and Photographic ID when collecting.
- Once purchased your items will be available for collection and held at Keillers China Shop, 64 Seagate, DUNDEE, ANGUS, DD1 2EN TEL:- 01382 221995 (store opens Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm).
- Order will be available to collect 12 working hours after placing order. Please note that any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be available to collect until 10am on Monday.
